  Jim was incredibly transparent and helpful from our very first interaction! He worked efficiently and gave us recommendations when necessary, explained the process thoroughly (perfect for a first time home-buyer), and was available whenever we needed him.   As a first time home buyer, I cannot stress how relieved I was when I found Jim. During the loan shopping process, I had negative experiences with other lenders who barely gave me the time of day, would miss our scheduled calls with no notice or follow-up, or were piling on hard sell tactics in an effort to get me go with them. Jim was the complete opposite of this. In any loan document sent to me, he took the time to sit down and go through it to make sure I understood each and every point. No matter how many seemingly stupid questions I had for him, Jim made sure to continue explaining until I understood. When he says that he is available 24/7, he actually means it. I would send him emails around midnight not expecting a response until the next morning, only for him to respond within minutes. During the whole closing process, I had my complete faith in Jim and he made the whole process painless! For any future loans, I’ll be going to Jim and will be recommending him to all my friends. If you are looking for a loan, do yourself a favor and reach out to Jim! You won’t regret it!

  Jim was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. I initially contacted him on a Saturday morning to start the pre-approval process. He responded almost immediately. By early that evening, I had a pre-approval letter in my hand which I needed to see a specific property the next day. Jim really is available at all times for his clients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone shopping for a mortgage. In fact, once my first transaction closed, I contacted him about helping me with a refinance on another property.

  Jim goes above ans beyond for all of his clients and the community at large. I've known Jim for years through the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce. When my parents (who are not so tech savvy) ended up going thru QuickenLoans for a mortgage (not a good situation!!!!), Jim spent 2+ hours on the phone with my parents on Christmas Eve (!!!) just to explain the different terms, and help them with what they were doing. When it came time for me to buy my own place this year, I knew I could trust Jim! He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand, he is so helpful ans was available for all of our questions whenever we needed him. We were able to do a 30 day close. Jim is great to work with!

  Would recommend Jim to anyone looking for a lender. As a first time buyer he made everything so simple to understand and made us feel completely comfortable with the whole buying process. He and his entire team were so organized, and got everything done in a timely fashion...never any need for follow up on our end.
