  I usually come here to the ATM to deposit money. On the last visit I came to get foreign currency and the exchange was lower than I expected. Only one person in the bank besides the employees and on the parking lot only one space. They need more parking, they do have an ATM to drive up to and tellers too.

  Worst customer service ever! Except playing with their nails, they should learn a bit more about the bank

  Terrible bank, wish I never opened account here. Coustomer service is not ready to help you because they don’t have knowledge about basics. If you need 1 blank personal cheque you have to wait 10 businesses days, which is insane, any other bank will get you right away! Don’t recommend!

  The best banking experiences that I have had in my 20 year career as an Entrepreneur. The team is service focused and very responsive. I have a small business in Chicago. However, this branch treats me like I am their most important relationship. I'm quite certain other customers feel the same. I've been with the bank now for 2.5 years and have expanded my relationship to include loans, credit cards, and more recently my personal bank accounts. All the bankers are great, but I was lucky to get connected with Ashley. She is friendly, personable, but most importantly she gets things done for me. During a recent experience, I learned that the branch recently changed managers. I really liked the old manager, and the new manager, Michael, seems to have picked up right where the old manager left off. He took the time to introduce himself to me and give me his card with his cell phone. I've had quite a few banking relationships over the years but I've never experience personal service at a big bank like BMO before.

  opened a savings account today and staff was very friendly!! the banker christopher was attentive to any questions i had. the process overall was quick; i was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
