  Amy, Crystal and Team are the cream of the crop! They go out of their way to keep all parties of the transaction updated and are in constant communication - and not just via email! They actually pick up the phone, call you and have a conversation. So refreshing! They really know their business and industry well and will do their very best to research solutions for buyers to make their dream of home ownership come through.   Working with Cornerstone was by far the easiest part of buying our current home and selling our old home. Crystal and Michelle were a dream to work with. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns, no matter how silly they were. The process was seamless from start to finish. Crystal and Michelle definitely took some of the burden of stress away from the whole buying/selling process with their professionalism and responsiveness. I would recommend Amy and her team to anyone looking for a lender.

  I'm a Realtor in Austin and Waco that specializes in home buyers. I thought I had my fav lenders picked until one of my clients found herself in a struggle to close on a condo.   When my husband and I decided on the Steiner Ranch community we were very quickly introduced and recommended to Amy and her team at Big Life Austin for our mortgage needs. This was our first home-buying experience and, as such, we were a bit nervous to dive into it. We started our prequalifying path for preferred loan amounts and monthly payments about 6 months in advance to making an actual offer on a property. Amy and her team were continuously helpful. They made adjustments as our comfortability changed, and by the time we were ready to make an offer they responded immediately and ensured that our loan was funded without any hiccups.
