  One mistake after another after another. Tired of having to constantly check that simple transactions like depositing a check are done. Branch manager no help either.

  A longtime member and they were unwilling to defer a payment for one month!!! Constantly make you verify your information! Even if you’ve already verified it the same day they still ask you to verify! Very redundant!! Randall the supervisor refused to help me. Once my loans are paid I will stop doing business with them! They also do not have any 24 hour fraud support or anything you have to leave a voicemail lol what a joke! Consider a more established credit union!

  Really awful credit union...When you have an issue, instead of listening to what is going on, they would rather argue their point...Which isn't exactly helpful. Would not recommend to anyone, as I was on hold with member services for over ten minutes before finally giving up. Just not worth having your money with them if they don't care enough to communicate with their members.

  Went here 30 minutes until closing and they still greeted me with a smile! Had an issue with my card and wasn’t able to use it all day, but they figured out the issue in 10 minutes!

  I’ve had so many issues with this bank and their loan & lending department. They can’t seem to process loans without an inordinate amount of issues, & cannot withdraw money for a loan without issues. If I could, I would take all my business from there and go elsewhere. If you are looking for a good loan servicer, don’t get distracted by A+ low rates. The amount of headaches you get will not be worth the low rates.

  Wow what an incredible group of people that work at this branch! During these trying times, the staff members at this branch have been more than helpful and with wonderful upbeat attitudes! I love visiting this branch and can’t wait for things to get safer so the lobby can open again. Thanks guys for helping me with my IRA situation! Special shout out to Shannon Gleason who is super quick to respond to my questions!

  Horrible customer service. Rude people. No one wants to try to fix a problem and help. They just make excuses. Went out of my way to refinance with another bank just to get away from A plus. Would never recommend them to any one!

  I came in stressed out and somewhat in a dire situation about a month ago. Without prodding too much, Leonard recognized the bind and delivered the best customer service experience Ive had in a long time. Im 23 and customer service isn't much of a highlight or something I look for when shopping or handling business, but Leonard went above and beyond, lowered my affective filter, and helped me when I really needed it. What an outstanding employee. Thank you A+ and thank you Leonard.

  First time to this location. Not all locations are super friendly all the time. Been a customer for years. Aaron was super helpful, very informative and patient with my questions. Even super patient with my mistakes. Great customer service. 💯

  Do not answer their phone. I have a loan on a car that I need to sell. They do not show a way to do it over the internet and they do not answer their phone.
