  Austin was always really positive when we spoke on the phone, which is great for the moments that are stressful in the process of buying a house. He was quick at getting back to us with updated numbers. We had a thousand questions, as it's our first home purchase. He was knowledgeable in his field and helped us understand some of the complexities that affect your decisions with mortgage loans. During closing, he was on top of it! We had some major hiccups the last week, but he and his team pushed to get us closed on time so we wouldn't lose our rate. He stayed in constant contact with us.
