  Over the last 18 months I have closed one loan with Mr. Stafford President and CEO AMUSA Commercial Capital and worked on several others that are currently in the process of closing and being funded. On all of my transactions to date I have found Mr. Stafford and his staff to be very concerned in their due diligance and hard working. They are 100% focused on taking care of their customer doing everything that they can to help them with their respective loan needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Stafford and his company to my friends and others as an alternate resource for hard to place funding needs.

  I was connected to Kory and his team through a mutual friend when I was searching for a commercial lender. After talking to Kory and sending him my financials I had an offer within a couple of days. Since then we have done a few deals and they have all been very straightforward. AMUSA gets the deal done

  You approved my loan after falsely claiming I was delinquent on my mortgage when I never was. Your underwriters are completely incompetent. I had the worst experience with you guys and thankfully went elsewhere for funding. Your company is a complete and total ripoff and you're lucky I don't sue you for lender negligence.

  Jason, I do not understand why you gave AMUSA a 1 star review. We approved your loan request. We were direct and communicated what dictated the loan terms and we returned all calls and emails promptly. Our reputation and clients are very important to us. Please call to discuss.

  I went with them as they were supposed to be "Rapid Commercial Mortgage". It took over 6 months and thousands of dollars andthey pulled out at the closing table after I pointed out their loan docs were incorrect relative to the corporate structure of the borrower. They then told me they would update the corporate doc info and we would close in a week. Three days later they sent me an email saying they were revoking their LOI.

  Mark, as you know Rapid is our referral source that sent your loan request to AMUSA. You also are aware we were unable to close your loan due to issues on your side. We were at the closing table after overcoming many issues and found that there were undisclosed owners.

  I’d stay far away from Amusa Capital. Their underwriters are completely incompetent and will waste valuable time for no reason. If you’re looking for a small balance commercial loan go to any lender but these guys, they’re the worst! I’m glad I went elsewhere.

  My partner's and I closed a 32 unit with Amusa Commercial Capital, it was not a easy deal a lot of bumps however Amusa guys were professionals in addressing issues and alternate options that fit our needs, I will use Amusa Commercial Capital again for my next commercial deal. Mr. Ellis

  When no one else could help- Kory at AMUSA found a loan program that allowed my great friend's business to stay open and get the equipment they needed. Great experience with AMUSA!
