  Young lady really rude, was waiting for 45min. On ATM MACHINE once she was done, took her 15min more to tell me it was ready

  I was just at Amscot and walked in was directed to a window. I waited and thinking that the woman behind the counter would serve the customer in order since she is the one who placed me there. But no she did not, knowing I was next she serves two after customers that came way after me. If you can’t go by the order you place people then you should not work there. Poor customer service and I will never go back to this one ever. She probably would have continued to ignore me if the gentleman did not finally approach me and took care of what I needed. You need to give her additional training. It was at 3:20 this afternoon and you would know who this was and also watch your video how she ignored me when I should have been served before them.

  I have visited this Amscot many times at different hours. They are always very friendly and it is always clean. I was served quickly, even when they were slightly crowded. More parking would be appreciated if it were possible!

  Fast and breeze, and they made it so easy!!! Reliable, effective, and hard working is what I would use to describe the team at this location. The level of proffecionalism ar this branch is great plus they made it so easy to complete my transactions, that I would not go anywhere else to assist with my finances. I'm just that much OK WITH AMSCOT Thank you Amscot. #okwithamscot

  They're slave drivers! Employee's are rarely able to take a break & at night, there's only one person. What that means is that the night person can't even go to the bathroom without someone complaining that no one's up front. Pathetic bastards exploiting employees in illegal manner.

  The employee who's name is Liz at 6:14 am, 10/05/2019 was rude ,no professional I ask her to repeat the amount and she said is on the card, and when i asked for a pen she said there is on the window but only her can see it because was in the other side and she didn't give me other. Only gave one star not for her, because the others days the service was ok.

  Wish i could give a no star review, however.... I went to this amscot over the weekend and overheard the employees talking badly about the customer that had just left. This is not the 1st time this has happened and i don't think they realize that people can hear them through the glass. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

  A ripoff. Dont do it sell something or try to borrow from friends or family. This cash advance will get you in a vicious cycle you wouldn't be able to get out off. Look at the apr they are charging you
