  First time here and experience was horrible. The line was extremely long. Only two people working at register. Took forever to cash my check because they needed to verify so much and still didn't even cash my check. Wanted to see proof that check was not deposited into my bank account. Supervisor was not helpful and approved the customer service I receieved because she said it was apart of Amscots procedure. I had to drive all the way to my bank to get the check cashed. Ariana was the incompetent supervisor and Heidi was the person that refused to give me my check back. Drive the extra miles to another amscot.

  Staff super rude, started to talk Spanish between them pretending customers doesn’t understand what they’re saying, I talked Spanish back at them and then they didn’t even answered my questions, Viviana and her partner, it was the worst service ever. Never go there.

  Transaction takes forever. Amscot has 2 forms to fill out before they help you. (Edited 12/23/2018) 😊better service this time.

  An incredibly unprofessional group of people. I made the mistake of coming here to get forms notorized. Was told 'I'm not sure we can do these' and then the lady proceeded to flip through every page, rearranging the order however she felt. Scanned a handful of them while we're standing there, still unsure if this is even something they can do. 10 minutes later, she comes back and finally makes the call to ask if it is possible to do it. Of course, it isn't. She hands us back our papers, all out of order and disheveled. I'm glad I noticed the ones she set to the side otherwise I wouldn't have gotten them all back. If you don't know how to do your job, ask someone before you waste everyone's time.

  This is my nearest location and I come here all the time unfortunately I came here with my Mom and Glorian is VERY rude to me I dont care but this is not the first time this woman have been rude to us. Glorian have bad customer service skills or non at all

  My first time here and it was horrible. Customer helper Andy was so lost. After frustration, anger started, 45 minutes standing at the window watching Andy running around like a headless chicken. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice in doing my business with this company.

  Everytime I come here for money orders, they are understaffed, long lines, and generally slow. Worse location I've ever been to, should've driven 15 miles up the rd to the Johns lake location. They're quicker and better staffed.

  Horrible. Been here for over 40 minutes. It's 10 on a Wednesday night. So slow. It is somewhat busy(4 other customers), but there is no way this should ever take this long. Only here for a money order. Going elsewhere from now on.
