  They don’t want to do their job! I interrupted the one person behind the counter to an empty building and she refused to notarize my promissory statements! Avoid, you’re documents could be turned down.

  THE MANGER HERE REFUSED TO SERVICE ME BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE HE MADE AND EVEN TOLD ME I COULDN’T PAY A BILL FOR MY GRANDMOTHER HERE. I NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS IN ANY OTHER AMSCOT !!! HE SWEARED UP AND DOWN THEY DO NOT HAVE RESIDENT EMONEY ORDER!!! ONCE HE FOUND IT !! HE SAID MY GRANDMOTHER HAS TO BE HERE TO PAY!!! ATTITUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!

  Usually my experience is great. However, the man Nick that works over night, has a very rude attitude. Snide facial expressions and almost seems as though he hates his job and just doesn't want to deal with people. Very disappointed.

  Store Is Very Rude Was Waiting In Line for 10 mins then a Another customer walked in and the service rep completely ignorance do the fact that I had been waiting and took the other customer first. Needs to work on customer service skills I believe the reps name was Justin!

  ashley is always super helpful & never puts customers down when theyre in a hard spot, never really had a problem with this store, i appreciate it.

  After Hurricane Irma totally knocked out the power to my residence and everybody else's I came to 1825 Gulf to Bay Amscot and asked if I can charge my computer so I can have some kind of TV considering I have movies on my computer I was told that I am not allowed to I am only allowed to state for 20 minutes to charge my laptop for 20 minutes you would think after having a mother nature destruction like that that they would want to help the community but no it just looks like they just want to help themselves shame on you and amscot

  Ripped me off 100.00$ had to ft cops involved wanted to call me later over the money and then tells me her drawer is not short well it would be over not short

  I can pay all my bills there and they are fast and the place is clean.
