  I went there 8/28 around 7 pm to notarize a simple one page document. It looked like that black woman knows nothing about notary. Just one simple page document, I was there more than 45 minutes. She read the form over and over, she read the document more than 10 times. Just one simple document, she wasted my time for no reason. Will not go back to that location again. I will take my business elsewhere.

  Rude staff. Alfonso or Antonio was condescending and unhelpful I walked out because they couldn’t complete the task I needed done. Would never recommend this location. Even the manager couldn’t do it. This stores motto should be “Amscot you’re not ok with us and we can’t help you”

  Came to this location several times to get change, 1's. First time was okay, under staffed, so it was a long wait time. Second time, the guy said he only had 30 1's left. ....Really? You're Amscot, you should never run out of 1's....any cash period. Very inconvenient, I will not return to this amscot location until they can guarantee change. ..and I will also make friends and family aware to not do business with them. Money is time, and this location on both of my visits Waisted my time!

  lots of friendly beautiful girls who always greet you with a smile and courteous disposition. this is how a business should be run. you will be glad you stopped by, I guarantee you!

  An employee told me I had the necessary to get a loan and when I got there they told me my documents wasnt enough very unprofessional. 12/24/2020

  This store is located on Americana Blvd basically in the middle of the hood and at night they only have one c.s.r so don't get in a hurry. But this place fills a void for 24 hour banking. It is what it is.

  I love this amscot people are so nice and Andrew have great customer service if I can give him 100 stars I will many different amscot I went to was so rude to me 😀😀😀😀😀😀
