  Rude employee. First they say yes for money order and make you member of company . Then they Denied money order just because its higher amount 🖕.How stupid service is it. And when you go to other branch they will give service with a smile😊. Bad ,rude , and uneducated untrained staff named kaaccy.

  Amscot, I have been going there for years they helps me pay all of my bills,they also accept FPLbills to if you want to pay your 💵 bill .

  Called to confirm they did notary services and the confirmed that they had a witness available. Drive out there to get documents notarized and get informed they do not notarize trusts. Would have been nice to mention over the phone before driving out there. Called the need below as requested. Agent had no clue what I was talking about and did nothing.

  The customer service that I received during my past visit is the hands down best CS I have ever had at an establishment of this type. The staff exceeded my expectations in every way. Knowledge, kindness, all in aspects in general were met if not exceeded.

  The staff is slow and the not provide guidance for new customers. TOO much time spent to get nothing done. Went to Cash Advance and did a reload in 5 min, no hassel

  I have always used advance america but they were closed. Now i remeber why i never went to amscot. They need all of this extra information. They need a check?! Who carries a damn check on them? Advance america is the better choice if it isnt late in the night. Will never come here again.

  Slow as hell, no respect for time, requested un needed personal info for a western union pickup. IE Social security number, birthdate, previous employers. If it wasn't 1030pm on a Saturday I wouldn't gone anywhere else. Avoid if possible 0 stars if i could.
