  The employee named Lamar is so rude and not helpful at all. Instead of handing the cards and the documents he throws it to you and didn’t welcome any of the clients at all even not responding to our greetings! Poor customer service and disrespectful. He needs to be trained from the scratch! Never come back to this branch

  I was in a situation where my credit union would not let me put money into my card in Tampa, and Amscot helped me out with a prepaid debit card. I really appreciate their help in a difficult situation.

  I was taken care of wonderfully the girl Morgan was great ,,, she helped me in everything she did an exceptional job ,,,, her work is incredible ,,,, a person who is attentively helpful and takes her work very seriously ,, ,, I will I give 5 stars to .the service that I ..i offer this girl ,,,, very professional I am extremely grateful to her

  I have been told by other Amscots that this store Lies about Western Union being down and being unable to give your money. The employees are lazy and don't feel like getting the money so they claim the system is down. No other Amscot has this problem.

  Be careful when you cash any checks make sure they count out your money before paying any bills for the simple fact they will try to pull a fast one and over charge you! Its my money and I need it now! ; )

  Very bad service and takes very long. Employees at this location works very slow and not a good manners. Also very hot inside. All employees have attitude

  I Went to this Amscot 2301 E Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL 33612 for a WU transactions and The Service was really bad. Has me waiting innecesary while they was chating

  Quite busy be prepared to spend more time here ... staff is busy and very slow in the work ... they have all services and it’s round the clock
