  Christian is the definition of great customer service. He handled four clients basically all at once with no complaints. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. Also with no complaints. This was my first time taking a loan out, and he made the experience very easy to understand, and I felt comfortable. He seemed very confident at his job and multitasking efficiently.

  Get my paycheck cashed here every week, all of the employees have been very friendly and helpful and I get in and out in no time! Definitely recommend!

  I don't usually find myself requiring the services of a store like Amscot. However tonight, I realized I had forgotten to get change for an event tomorrow. Being that it is about 10 on a Saturday night, I didn't think I would have much luck. Then I remembered I still hadn't deposited my check from work and Amscot cashes checks. I jumped in the car and zipped down to this location. Upon entering the store, there was one other customer being helped. I looked around and noticed the store was very clean. I was greeted almost immediately by a gentleman named Tim. When he was through helping the other customer, he helped me with my dilemma. I asked about being able to specify denominations when cashing a check and explained why I needed small bills. He smiled and assured me it was no trouble at all. He was very polite, articulate and friendly throughout the entire transaction. He was also very quick; I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes. Tim is a shining example of what great customer service looks like: helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

  0 people skills. Terrible communicators and no explanation of options or much detail about with the service. I was left waiting at the counter while my clerk took care of a vender trying to repair some lights. another employee stepped in to make up for the shortfall of the previous employee. This employee didn't explain anything or ask any questions either. Processed the money and didn't ask me how I wanted it applied, and then told me it couldn't be rearranged.

  The amscot money store on the corner of 1792 and 434 is open 24 hours which is really convenient. People always friendly storage clean although it is kind of hard to get into coming down 434. And given that they have free money orders what's better than that

  Have used this location three times in the past and have been pleased each time. Never had to wait in line, had things explained to me when I asked, was treated well and with excellent service. If or when I need to use again... I will, as well as recommend to anyone else!

  The western union service is useless. With all extra paperwork requirements I had to wait 30 minutes and got no service because they needed more info and documents in addition to my driver license, SS# and employer details. This is crazy and will never ever walk to this location.

  They can be very helpful when you need to cash a check, would like to send a free money order or pay a bill. It feels safe in there.

  I have been standing here for 10 minutes nobody has acknowledged me. This place is always taking forever. I hate to complain but I'm over it.
