      Went here to buy a money order for my rent in which I’ve done for years .. I guess this cashier working this evening wanted to prove a point asked for and recorded my I.D. Which has never been done , when asked why he was ver unprofessional he just said for a certain amount they ask , yet I’ve never been asked and why not just give a amount and put the policy out felt racially profiled honestly

      I went to send money via western union. I already filled out online and just had to complete the transaction. The employee Phillip barely acknowledged me as he continues to try to help someone else try to fill it out manually on paper. That was no issue has he acknowledged me. Then when it was my turn Phillip had an acrimonious attitude for some unknown reason. I was kind and professional to him regardless, but it was probably the worst customer service I’ve witnessed.

      Why is it that I can never get change from here? I call 1800 number they tell me the limit is 100 dollars. I go back to get change they want to charge me 50 cents a roll. No where on their board does it say 50 cents a roll. It says " rolled change 50cents". Call 1800.number they want to change their story. Amscot is a money service. Banks are closed where else am i supposed to get money from?

      What type of company charges $15 to fax a food stamp application I will never go there again it should be against the law to even charge that much to fax some papers

      I came in I was fourth one in line I got to my window she started to help me then someone came in who she obviously knew because she said their name while they weren't even close to the window they came up she started helping them she came back to us started working on our paperwork went back to the man that came in after us sold him a money order then help the person in the window next to us came back to finish us but stopped again to help someone else we were the last ones to leave something's wrong with that system.

      Please Stay Away From This Amscot You Tell Their Employee Amount What You Want to Pay For a Bill They Put In The Wrong Amount Also Watch Your Money Cause I Counted My Money 3 Times and When They Count It Its a Different Amount They Have a Employee That Don't Understand English So She Putting Wrong Amount On Your Bill This Amscot Are Thieves and Scam Artist and They Definitely Need to Be Investigated ASAP
