  I love this place! Vincent has always taken care of me anytime I've ever had an issue. He's always polite, courteous and knows my name when I come in or call! Thank you Vincent for keeping "customer service" a priority!

  Totally & utterly UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST. Refused to give me a refund of over $250 AND would NOT TELL ME WHY!! The lady I was working with said "We cannot further process this transaction." I said, it's a REFUND -- there is NO TRANSACTION. She refused to elaborate. I was APPALLED. From now on, I'll go to Publix to send Western Union. I'd NEVER put my money at risk with Amscot again. Frigging ridiculous. I'm still hot about it....
