  Absolute terrible experience. I have always gone to Amscot for just about anything. I pay bills through them, any loans taken out have been paid on time. Never had any issues or concerns up until today. I spoke with one of the managers at this location (Pedro R.) about 2 weeks ago in regards to payments. I was not notified in any way and when I advised. Manager and associate confirmed my phone number was incorrect in their system. My phone number was changed by one of their associates without my consent ever. I have always gotten updates or any notifications up until this little mishap recently. I asked if they could waive any late fee as I was unaware and one of their associates changed my number. They denied being able waive any fee’s even though it was a one time request and I’ve never had any issues with them AT ALL prior. Manager I spoke with today, just stared blankly disregarding anything I said. I will definitely not be doing any kind of business with them in the near future. Really sad considering they already gain interest off any loans or fee’s added to any bills you pay or of similar interest.

  This is one of the nicest group of people I have met at Amscot. The waiting time is never too long. If it does get long, it's because a customer usually is having issues with their own paper work not being valid and the employee has to check and make sure everything is legit. However, this location has always processed my request pretty fast.

  Sure would be nice if you'd change your Sunday hours on the website.Got here at 7:15 for a supposed 8 pm closing.Surprise!You close are 6 now..Thanks for wasted gas and time

  They don't even deserve 1 star . They customer service is awful. The employees treat you like a piece of garbage. Even some supervisors. They really don't care about you. They deny a higher supervisor phone number. This places should be manage for a professional adult and competent people with values. You can even see in the way the look at you or the just avoid to see you like you don't even exist. They put just teens to deals with you and they just want to go home. I have no idea about the company mission and their values but they service in this place was very disrespectful.T his kind of business is necessary but they take advantage of your situation to treat people in need like garbage. You like a customer are nothing to them!

  Terrible customer service. I was treated like some kind of scum from the moment i dealt with my associate, she was very rude, impatient, and clearly over compensating probably because the manager was behind her. Once she said my social security number out loud i was done with this location. Got my id and went to my usual location at colonial and goldenrod. This is not to speak for the rest of the staff however she ruined this location for me.

  Omg , this place exists only in Florida for many reasons, it is trash violates federal laws, dumbest people with no education no skills no manners works there, short fat lady with red hair from Puerto Rico tells me no more free money orders but got big fat sign on the top of her stupid head says unlimited free money orders. So depressing to see people rude stupid ugly and eregent on this planet, sad thing they think they are the best.

  Everybody that works here seems like it’s there first day. It’s guaranteed slow service!!! I have to go out of my way to the Casselberry location to get speed of service and great customer service!!!

  I go to this location pretty regularly. It's fast, efficient, they're polite, and as always they have tootsie rolls. No complaints from me.

  I went in and stood at a window and waited for 15min. And no one even said as much as a hello I walked out and will not return to this location they only had one other customer in there the whole time
