  I just used AMS (Vincent Pagnotta) for my re-finance. The process was VERY easy, and the results were fabulous!! Vinny made this experience wonderful and in the end, I got a great interest rate and saved money on my mortgage.   Unfortunately I trusted the salesman to do the right thing by the consumer and I got a mortgage which was ran by unrealistic number all to which on paper it showed ok but after the closing and pocession of the house changed drastically going from the property taxes , mortgage insurance and homeowners insurance all were ran with lower numbers which allowed me to get an affordable monthly payment however after the first year analysis by the mortgage bank the payment skyrocketed 1100 dollars more from the original price .. very bad practice from those who tend to say they are helping people . I can tell you that is not true.
