  Awful company. They made an error on an FHA appraisal order by performing the FHA appraisal without using the correct form, and then tried to pass it off as an FHA appraisal. Completely unhelpful in trying to fix the error that their appraiser, Kim Douglas, made. Stay away from this company at all cost. It could cost you any transaction you’re trying to close.

  I WILL STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESCROW COMPANY!!! Remember, even if your loan provider picks this company for you, YOU have the right to choose your own company. We should have exercised that right and picked an escrow company we had used before which was a great experience. We didn't, and as a result we paid this company for horrific service from start to finish. There were significant delays and oversights - things the escrow company specifically is supposed to be the ones to make sure doesn't happen. Phone calls result in voicemail messages that are not returned. Phone numbers listed on legal docs for Amrock aren't even good valid phone numbers. If you're looking for a local escrow, Chicago Title was awesome in our previous escrow experience. But Amrock has been horrible and I would never use them again.

  I just closed on my mortgage and all I can say is that everyone there was very professional. My closing went off without a hitch. The only problem was that is did take long to process. I assume that is because rates are very low and turnaround has been slowed down.

  Holy cow if you're unfortunate enough to be subjected to Amrock in Cerritos, be sure to triple check your documents!! You get what you pay for and they are discount for a reason. Errors began on day one and spanned the gamut from comically ridiculous typos and obvious cut and paste emails to potentially damaging errors had we as clients not caught them and let them through the transaction. The lack of detail and attention from our escrow officer is glaringly disturbing. If you have a choice, please, please look elsewhere. As stressful as the homebuying/selling process is already with the rest of life going on, the last thing you want to deal with is a wholly incompetent escrow officer. Which is exactly what I went through. And it's a ride I would only wish on my worst enemy. But I'm friendly and have no enemies, so I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

  I have gone through multiple loan processes and the professionalism at AMROCK was the worst. I am sure every experience is different and hope someone else's is better but they exhibited lack of commutation and customer care. This was more of a transaction to benefit the company and not the customer.

  This company has been unresponsive and completely unhelpful throughout the closing process. From missed deadlines to documentation errors to unresponsiveness they have shown all of the reasons you should avoid them.

  you can never get a hold of someone. They keep you on hold for assistance for hours then hang up on you. I would not use this title company ever again. If you need something, you can't get a hold of anyone after they have already gotten their commission.

  The number they provide doesn't even work????
