  They were very friendly and courteous even on the phone. They went out of their way to help me and gave me a great deal. I had my item mailed and he made sure he took it and sent me my receipt so I could track it. I was very satisfied with their service.

  Awesome place to find items you need. Could be power tools to fishing equipment, they have a little bit of everything, all the way to jewelry. Eric es la mera paipa. Always with that extra customer service.

  Ulises was the associate that helped me. He didn't rush me, he went out of his way to show me all of the aspects of the item I bought. I was very impressed in todays rush, rush, self checkout world. This was a welcome change.

  Real disappointment!!! I went in to buy a good quality radar detector. I walked out with a passport x70 only to find out it would blow fuses after 5 minutes of use. Spoke to a manager and he would only give store credit in exchange for return. I didn't want anything else and had lost trust in the products they sell. End result was I got stuck with a faulty radar detector and bad customer service. Will never do business with them again.

  Mr. Vallejo, With respect sir, this information is not accurate- Prior to purchase, the manager discussed that the fuse needed to be changed. The manager changed it out for you and when you left our property, the item worked. Our company policy is clear that we do not give refunds, but we offered you a refund as long as you returned within the week. You kept the radar for a month and returned it for store credit. We appreciate your choosing us for your pawnshop needs and made a considerable exception for you. We would appreciate a more accurate review in the future.
