  Amie just gets it done! I met Amie about a year and a half ago. I had reached out to her to represent me as a buyer and we went to see a house the next day. The house was a large multi-family. The morning after that, she went to town hall and gathered every document available about the house. I liked the house and I made an offer. She helped me though the entire home-buying process. She introduced me to the general inspector she always uses, the septic tank inspector, and her attorney. They were all amazing. She helped me formulate a plan to get the seller to agree to my terms and, eventually, we got the deal done. Keep in mind that this was the first and only house we saw together. I was a homeowner :D A few months ago, I had two vacancies at the same time. I reached out to her again, and she came through with two great tenants. The turn-around was incredible. Thank you, Amie - you’re my realtor for life!

  Words cannot describe the professionalism and dedication of Amie. She knows how to bring out the beauty and character in any home. I trusted Amy with her expertise and suggestions. We did our part. We put put our house on the market on a Friday had three offers before the weekend was over. Thank you again Amie.
