  This incredible team made the experience of selling my dad‘s house so easy! We had so many questions and they always responded quickly with great information and resources. Big shout out to April for always helping us figure things out and the amount of patients she showed explaining things to my dad and helping me figure out the paperwork.   Above and beyond work from every single person I worked with to sell my dad's property. kind.. understanding.. amazing my situation was extremely difficult and this amerititle was absolutely amazing throughout .. highly recommend not sure why someone would even consider using any other title company if you're looking stop here you won't be disappointed would give a million stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We bought land, and AmeriTitle in Brookings was the title company we used. They made our close so easy. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. It was right in the middle of the Covid19 lock down, but they were always available to answer our questions or help us when needed. They made everything work very smooth and quick. I highly recommend them.
