Rogue Credit Union Reviews

Beach Chicken4Convenient location right off Chetco Ave, in town. No drive up teller, you have to go in if you have a question or need any assistance. Nice and spacious inside, however the line and wait time can be long. Service is neutral, not too friendly but not too bad either. Opening accounts can be long and complicated, especially if you have a Trust. For a small, community credit union my expectations were a bit higher then what I have experienced. I would give them 3 and a 1/2 star.

Tabitha Harris1This branch deserves negative stars. They don't care if your account is fraudulently used. The purposely wait until after their defined deadlines to deny any fraud investigation or reimbursement for fraudulent charges coming from the account. They do not care about their customers or protecting their money. Even if Adult Protective Service was involved and filed charges against the individuals for financial elder abuse. They only care about profit. FDIC and NCSUIF are in place for a reason. Anyone in the local area should get their hard earned money out of this facility!

Brian Pacchetti5Ever since Rogue took over Chetco Credit Union, I've witnessed a steady growth with Rogues professional banking services. This is likely a reflection of their management team. I really like their drive-up ATMs, between their online services and ATMs, there's little need to enter the bank. Being in the middle of a Pandemic, this is a healthy approach and reassuring that business is running as usual.

Elizabeth Drummond4Definitely need more staff. There was one teller and one banker with a line. This branch is located in a bad spot. But over all delightful people to deal with.
