  Rod Hill and team of Arizona are simply the best. We refinanced with them on our first AZ home twice. The process was easy, seamless and always the best rate. So as we approached buying a new home this year, we of course went back to Rod. He is a great communicator about the process, he puts forth so much individualized effort for each client, and is always available to help and sort out questions. He has endless background and contacts in the finance, real estate, insurance, appraisal (the list goes on) to help you achieve your goals with your refi. We recommend Rod and team to everyone.

  I'm sharing a review for Rod and Amerihome Mortgage Refinance Center in Arizona...NOT Amerihome from NJ or California or anywhere else. Last year, I purchased my first home and Rod was with me every step of the way. This process can be incredibly intimidating and Rod eliminated all my fears, answered all my questions and helped me navigate my way through the biggest purchase of my life (so far). He has since helped me refinance my mortgage, twice and each time, everything went smoothly. I have no doubt, this was all due to his knowledge, professionalism and patience. I am very grateful to Rod for all of his help.

  Rod Hill is knowledgeable & friendly ! I am self employed so getting approved could have been a hassle. Rod walked me through every step , I couldn't be happier with a fixed rate of 2.875 % dropping my payment over $328 a month !!!

  They bought my mortgage within the first month of us closing on our house. We’ve been with them for 5 months. We decided to re-fi with a different company. We have never been late on our mortgage with AHM, until the new mortgage company requested pay off figures last month. All of a sudden my January payment wasn’t processed and they screwed up my ability to refi because we are now considered late 30 days. When I called Customer Service to confirm receipt of payment and to inform them that the payment hadn’t been deducted from our bank account, the agent told me the payment reflected on my account. Now they have no record and the same CS rep said she confirmed receipt of December’s payment. This is not right and I’m very upset that I am stuck with these scammers for another 6 months.

  Bill... we are not the same Amerihome mortgage that has your loan I get a hundred wrong calls a month from people associating my company with the Amerihome from New Jersey we are in Arizona only and I would appreciate it if you delete this review we are Amerihome mortgage Inc they are Ameri home mortgage LLC look it up they don't have an office in Arizona

  They're new and improved web experience, isn't. I have made mortgage payments and they still can't find me on their website. Over an hour wait on the phone. That's OVER AN HOUR, folks. Why is this review so long, ...I've got 55 minutes to go.

  Dear Capt'n Moxi ???....... We are not the same Amerihome Mortgage! YOU REVIEWED THE WRONG COMPANY. We are Amerihome Mortgage INC and they are Amerihome Mortgage LLC. You meant to review the Amerihome Mortgage in California and New Jersey. WE DON'T even service loans (that is to recieve peoples mortgage payments). We are not associated with the other Amerihome in any way. We get about 150 wrong calls a month for the New Jersey /California company. Please Delete your review. If you cant delete it then a least modify it and give it 5 stars so you don't ruin our ratings.

  *After posting this review I read in responses to other comments that state it's not the same Amerihome mortgage. I can't erase my review, only edit it. However, be wary of the national mortgage company named Amerihome mortgage.

  JESSICA you must have a your loan with Amerihome LLC we are Amerihome INC in Arizona, We don't service/take payments for mortgages, we just create new ones for other mortgage companies, if you could go back and edit this a little more so we don't get another incorrect review that we cant delete. I did notice that you changed the star rating and wrote you thought you had posted to our site incorrectly. Thanks it better than a 1 star. We get over 150 wrong calls a month about the other big loan servicing company with our same name, we had the name before they did
