  We have used Nick a few times over the years for multiple home purchases and refinances. We cannot say enough positive things about him! Each time the process was seamless. Nick is absolutely wonderful with explaining the process of the loan and reasons behind needed documents. He helps to explore all options to get us the best rate and save the most money.   My husband and I have worked with Nick twice now – once on a home loan in 2016 and again this year for a refinance. Nick is easy to talk to, honest, professional and extremely detail oriented. Whether it’s your first time going through the home loan process or if you are an experienced buyer, if you have questions about the process, Nick will break the steps down in easy to understand terms and answer any questions you have. Another thing we really appreciated about Nick is how responsive he is to emails! You won’t sit around waiting for him to reply.   I was looking at doing a refinance and had been working with the big box banks and things were moving slowly. A relative referred me to Nick on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday things were moving fast. I truly appreciate how patient and professional Nick is.   We just bought our first house and Nick, from Covenant Home Loans, was just what we needed to navigate the new process. He took the time to explain complicated details, in simple terms, and contacted us with updates. If we needed him for a question, he responded immediately. We were frustrated with a big bank loan, as multiple supervisors are needed to sign off on any change and we even had to fax in items. Nick was able to cut the red tape and his system is all electronic and streamlined. We were very happy with the results, the rate, and the overall experience...and the house closed early, which is important for the listing agent, if you want your offer accepted! Thank you Nick!

  Nick provided us a very professional service! He was constantly updating us through out the loan process on all matters big and small. The entire loan process was done by e-sign with excellant instruction from Nick. He was able to secure a very low interest rate which saved us quite a bit of money.
