  I met with John about 16 months ago with less than good credit and a lot of questions. I expected that I was going to be pretty far from being able to buy a house but John coached me and helped me to my new home I just got. John instructed me on what to do to improve my credit quickly and how to do it. John is above all else professional and very knowledgable. He answered all my questions and worked hard to find ways to make my unique situation be successful. In addition to John, his staff, Jackie and Sherri were awesome to work with. Very helpful. The whole group is a well oiled machine and absolutely a pleasure to work with.

  Nadra Tanina was amazing to work with. She was easy to reach, provided amazing guidance and suggestions on how to best handle particular situations that arose and worked with me each step of the way from getting pre-approved to finally closing on my house. This woman is seriously great at her job and works well with your schedule. I not only recommend Amerifirst but I recommend asking to work with Nadra.

  John Deleva's team at Amerifirst Home Mortgage is outstanding and I would highly recommend them. I believe this process was about as stress free as it could be thanks to them. They are transparent and kept constant communication with me along my loan process. I would give them more stars if it would let me, they were outstanding.

  John and his people were outstanding. In the beginning of the process to look for a house, he sat down with my wife and I and fully explained what we could safely afford and where we would get the best price for home. When we put an offer down, he and his team was available practically 24/7 to answer all of our questions. He also sat down with us and made sure we were happy and felt good about our purchase. I would and have recommend John and his team to everyone.

  John and the staff at Amerifirst were incredibly helpful in securing our mortgage. They were easy to work with and went to great lengths to make sure we understood the process every step of the way. Additionally, they were very accommodating of my hectic schedule and I was able to reach out to them well beyond regular business hours.
