  I have been an attorney for over 34 years and have worked with many, many banks during that time. I switched all of my personal and business accounts to the Fairview Branch years ago, and have a mortgage loan with them too. They are very friendly, responsive and helpful. I have never been happier with a bank than I have been with FFL.

  I have maintained two home mortgages with FFL for over five years and recently paid them off through refinance. During my time with them they were unable to provide a usable website for their mortgage customers. It was difficult to even access pdf monthly statements let alone tax or escrow information or modify a payment. After paying off my mortgages on March 22, they continued to auto debit my account two weeks later for the payments. When I called customer service to see why this was the case, I was told it was my fault because I need to go to a separate web page to turn off the auto debit. I was never notified by FFL this was my responsibility. There was no mention of this in the letters I received confirming receipt of the payoffs. Having worked in banking for 40+ years it is unclear to me why they do not have a process for turning this off themselves or at least notifying their customers. My only conclusion from my experience is they are hopelessly behind the times and have antiquated technology and processes. Take your mortgage business elsewhere. I refinanced with Quicken Loans and am having a great experience.

  Atm is always down in the morning longer than it has to. It doesn't take 20 mins to restock an atm...5 rings to answer a call then put you on hold for another 5...the hours are not worker friendly at all if you work from 730 to 4. Time for a new bank seriously.

  I’m a fairly new FFL customer and so far I’ve been very impressed. All of the staff I’ve interacted with have been polite and very helpful!

  Always have had a good experience with them. Been with them for 22 years now and they always have a friendly face and help whenever there is an issue (which is rare)

  As a former banker for almost 40 yrs, the last 6 years with FFL before retiring in February 2014, I cannot say enough good about FFL! A Community Bank cares for its customers as an important part of their organization and not just a number as large commercial banks have operated & currently operate. Now, only as a customer, I see & appreciate the difference among my exceptional experiences with FFL & the other banks my wife & I have banking experience. Happy Birthday FFL & here's to at least another century of being an awesome Community Bank!

  I love this bank! When we first opened lion and blue in Lakewood, they didn’t offer business accounts, but as soon as they did I switched my business account here. I have never been happier. All our personal accounts are here, as well. Great customer service! They really CARE about you!
