      Tabatha is such a thorough person that directed me to so many resources. I first booked an appointment with her to apply for an auto loan, and the experience with her was so spectacular, I went back to her for financial advice. She kindly and patiently walked through all the different avenues for my savings goals while simultaneously paying off the (neverending) student debt. Love this place and this team.

      I absolutely love this bank and branch!!! Have been banking with KeyBank for almost 2 decades and they have always had my best interests in mind! Whenever I had a problem they were quick to help my find a solution and have had my back since day 1! Everything from simple transactions to IRA's and new credit cards they have always looked out for me! I can't say enough good things about KeyBank staff from the branch managers to the personal bankers all the way down to the tellers! Diane DiGennaro, Kara Giardina, Tabatha Priebe, Dan Harris, Aubrey Branchick, and Josh all make a great team and are awesome people!!!!

      This is My Bank. I love stopping by. Folks are nice. Good service. Conveniently located. I was able to get my home mortgage here too. The ATM is inside. So nice. If you stop by tell them Joe sent you...they will say Joe Who...that's me

      I called in 11/28 to hopefully fix an issue on my account and this branch in Lakewood is NEVER helpful. This is the second time I have called and spoke to a gentlemen who is so unwilling to help. I have been a customer for over 10 years and visit this branch monthly, and they cannot help me? I called a branch in Middleburg Heights, and without hesitation within 2 minutes my issue was fixed! Good grief people, this management and branch needs to learn what servicing a customer means!

      This is a horrible bank they will lie to you to get all your money. First they advertised that you get 100 when you open an account with them opened an account never got the money. When I signed up I also got a safty deposit box and they forgot to give me my keys so when I went to use my box she charged me for a new box instead of letting me use the one I was supposed to get when I signed up. And now they keep charging me $33 dollars overdraft fees when my account has money in it. I called and reported the issue yesterday they put the money they took from me back and today they took it all out agian. Very shady for a bank becarful if you bank at key they will try to steel your money

      Signed the slip to close my account completely. A couple months later i get a notice that i owe them money for not using the account i closed.. Always trying to scam you.

      Extremely poor customer service thru out this bank, especially at the drive thru window..a disconnected look in their eyes ..no smile ever,almost like they actually dont enjoy their careers choice..plus they are fee happy beyond belief...like a loan sharking operation...why do and did we have not one issue at pnc bank down the street in the last two years...so i am suggesting strongly that pnc or my wife's fifth third bank no fee account is actually the way to go for seniors...no minimum requirements to maintain your account with a social security direct deposit acc..no fear of the bank attaching your hard earned money's...go pnc go fifth third bank.and the workers were like family and treated you with the up most old school service...good day to all..

      I called to see if I could break change because I’m showing my kids the different kinds of coins like half dollars and silver dollars and two dollar bills called around and key bank said they had em and to come in so I did they didn’t tell me over the phone that I needed an account or I wouldn’t have went there if they woulda told me that but said hey we can do it for you this one time or something I probably woulda banked with them but the teller barely looked at me and told me no I needed an account and just continued to look away like I wasn’t there
