  I won't lie... when first speaking with Brad, it sounded to good to be true. This was our 3rd closing while building our new home. I had done very extensive research before decided to go with our first lender...... and I was a little unsure about switching at the end. After talking to my husband we decided to go with Brad's office for our permanent financing. We are so glad we did! Everything Brad said was exactly how it went. We closed within our deadline. We received an awesome interest rate. They service their loans at the local office. Most importantly, the entire loan process was fast, smooth, and we received excellent customer service along the way. We were assigned a processor who worked with us through every step. Everyone at this office was friendly, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Going with Brad's office for Amerifirst was by far the best choice we could have made. They are truly dedicated to give the best customer experience possible. I have already and will definitely continue to recommend Brad and his wonderful staff in the future!!!

  Brad was awesome to work with! This is the 4th home my wife and I have purchased (in 4 different states), and it was by far the greatest experience we have ever had. Brad took the personal time to listen to our concerns and even made a suggestion and explained some things about intrest rates that could and did save me some out of pocket money. He was great to work with and I have already suggested him to a buddy of mine and I will suggest him to any body I know who would be purchasing a home. Thank you Brad, We love our home.

  Brad Chambliss and his team worked with us for past 2 plus years to help put us on the right track towards purchasing our house.   Brad and his team are amazing. They will do anything in their power to help you get in a house. Going to their office is like going to a friends house. I recommend Amerifirst to anyone that's in the market to buy a house!
