Gayle Davis1Ever since Abound took over Fort Knox Credit Union, it has gone down hill. They hold a check of mine for 5 days for no know reason. I called 800# and she called this branch. They told her it was due to me not having enough deposits lately. I have had acct for 6 yrs. I cannot close my acct soon enough

megan brown1I got a call around 8 AM stating that my credit card information had been stolen and was trying to be used in Washington. I get that sorted out and a new card ordered and not even two hours later my debit card information was stolen. a debit card, that I have not used ever I only activated it. So in the beginning when I thought maybe it was a me problem and I was being irresponsible with my card, it turns out to be an Abound problem. I am happy that they were so fast to reach out to me but I am not happy that they got 250$ I used to work here a year and some change ago and noticed that fraud calls are EXTREMELY HIGH and nothing seems to have changed since then. Abound needs to invest in better security on their cards. I do not wish to be contacted about this matter, I have nothing kind to say, I have closed my two credit cards and checking account with you.

floyd graves1This place is the worst Bank I have ever dealt with. I figured since they took over Fort Knox Credit Union that it would be a better bank but that has been proven to be a lie. They deny you for a checking account without even telling you the true reason behind it. And then they are like look at your credit score and apply again in 6 months. How about I don't. Your piss poor management now will not be any better in 6 months or 6 years from now. I will never try to apply for this bank ever again. This is how you lose customers.

turkeymanmcgee 821This place should be sued for impersonating a financial institution. They should be called liars and thieves. Where should I start with this place! A name change but they are still up to lying and stealing your money without being able to explain to you where it went or why they tack on thousands to a car loan that’s almost paid off. Do yourself a favor and go with another bank you’ll thank me later trust me.

silveg871Where is the 0 star? This bank is the worst. They can’t help you with anything. Last update on the -$&@ show. Called me to tell me I owe 9$ on my car loan, I have been paying auto payments for 2 years. They don’t even have the ability to correct my payment amount over the phone or take a free payment. Wanted 15$ to make a 9$ payment. DON’T USE THIS WANNA BE BANK.

Neko-Mimi Hearts1This is for all FKFCU branches. I'm SICK of having to call EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to use my card and it is declined. And EVERY TIME I call, you don't have an actual answer as to why I had to put my charges on debit, not credit. I ALWAYS have money in my account and am completely and utterly embarrassed when the cashier says my card is declined. I will be switching credit unions in the morning and will NEVER let anyone I know bank here again.

William Baraby1Was a loyal Fort Knox fed credit union for 15 years. Totaled my car and for the first time ever I asked to get a car loan. They new I was paying out of pocket for rental and unneeded one quick. Wife and I make $175,000 plus. They dragged their feet for over a week. Last straw when I turned in rental, I was way over charged. Caused me to go into the negative by ten cents. Took time off from work to go into bank and request them to please remove the overdraft fee I received. She said she would submit request and I would here back from her that day. After not hearing back from her I sent branch an email explaining my displeasure. 10 min after sending that email I received a call from her rudely stating that I WOULD NOT BE GETTING A CREFID". Click I was so discusseded that I wrote the bank president as well as the branch managers letters and told them where they could stick it. I then moved all my family accounts to Navy Federal credit union and applied and received 3% financing from them on a new car. I should have left years ago. Thank you Navt Federal for being awesome. FKFK union can s..k it! If I could give them a zero star rating I surely would.

Alan Williams1Terrible, tried to open an account with a $60000 settlement check and they declined despite the check being clearly made out to me. My wife and I are very stable financially and they just lost the business of people who make well over 100 k per year. Too bad for them!

gigi x1Went in for a name change. Lyndsey was very rude and verbally aggressive in what should have been simple process. Gethered an unreal amount on info that I'm sure was already in the data base.
