  Emilio is a rock star. He kept us in the loop throughout the while process. He would make time to take a call from us no matter the time. Every question we had he either had a answer or got us one quickly. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family.

  Brayam and his team did an amazing job on my loan! They truly went above and beyond to make my dream come true!!! Even though my loan was not easiest, they never gave up and guided me to the path of homeownership. I highly recommend Brayam Arguelles and his team!

  BUYER BEWARE!! It's unfortunate that I cannot give 0 stars... During the first meeting with this company, the representative told us our closing costs would be capped at $6,000. During the process, we signed document after document that showed much higher closing costs. Every time, we asked the representative why the closing costs were so high. There was always an excuse such as “those are estimated fees from the title company and they are never that high; just sign, you’ll see”. 10 days before we were supposed to close, the closing costs are still way over the $6,000 we were promised. We called the representative he said there are tax credits and whatnot that aren’t on there that will be on the Closing Disclosure. At that point, we were able to nail him down on a number. Closing costs will be $7,520.39. What happened to the $6,000 cap we were promised? He said, “When I said that I didn’t know just how much property taxes were going to be.” Ok, fair enough. We decided to let it go because he didn’t have the tax structure right in front on him. Fast-forward to the Friday before our Monday close… Guess what our closing costs are! $9,144.06. 165% of the promised amount. Property taxes were blamed again. How bad are you at your job to screw up property taxes twice on the same property? (To be fair, $222 is a result of us moving the closing date up 4 days.) Their solution to make this situation right? $100 in the form of a check after closing that's allegedly in the mail. I won't hold my breath. What a slap in the face. Even before these numbers were so far out of whack, we were extremely displeased with their lack of responsiveness. Throughout the process, we had to chase them constantly to get things done. No sense of urgency to be found in anyone we dealt with at this company. We cannot stress enough to absolutely NOT believe a word the representatives of this company say to you. Save yourself a lot of hassle, and probably money, and find another lender. I put a similarly worded review on their "recommendations" site and it was removed before going public. Interesting ethics there.

  Mark did a great job ! His staff was very fast with what they needed for the package, Our situation was fairly unique and they took it on like the real pros they are ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
