      My mother has been with them for 30 years. She brought me there to open up accounts for the $100 incentive. The lady that took care of us was definitely sick. She blamed it on allergies and said she was going to the doctor after everyone came back from their breaks. She said that she was going to have her supervisor call me back about opening up an account. That was over a week ago. I have not heard back from them. 🤔🤔🤔

      After speaking with three Cust Serv reps, no one had informed me of Special hours. I drove to two locations today, to speak in person. about my new account. I have a new loan and need assistance.... I drove to one location and discover it is closed, then online I see some are listed as closed and some are open, I drove to the other location only to find it is also closed. Are this a special circumstance or is this regular business.... 3 people, 2 locations and a waste of gasoline.

      WORST ATMS! They are breaking down! They are so slow!! You can't deposit more than 30 bills. Unless you take card out and start all over. But other than that they are a great bank

      My elderly father has an account here he uses to pay bills but he is currently in the hospital. He normally pays the bills and has a separate account from my mother. It took a while to get the power of attorney because my father was in a COVID quarantine. We finally got all the paperwork after a month of him being in the hospital and brought it in to have her added to the account last Saturday. The “relationship specialist” Gerard “Jerry” Acosta took copies of the paperwork and said it should be reviewed my Monday. I work all week and couldn’t bring my mother back to the bank until Saturday and it turns out they don’t have any record of receiving the paperwork and Jerry is conveniently on vacation, meanwhile, my mother can’t pay bills and is racking up late fees. We got a new relationship specialist who said she was going to start over and “resubmit” the paperwork even though we already gave it to them. Very frustrating with everything we have going on, I would not recommend this bank.

      The remodel in here looks amazing! I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to print me a replacement debit card there on the spot! We have our home and two car loans through this branch in particular and have always felt supported. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

      I have been a member with desert financial for about 20 years. I believe this branch has improved since the remodel! I notice lately the tellers and bankers have been on there game and ready to move the line. Thank you to the East Bell branch for amazing service especially during this time I know you guys don't hear it enough!

      I was looking around doing some research on possibly getting a new bank when I came to this branch and spoke with Suzie. Suzie approached me quickly and was super friendly and very informative! The other members were friendly as well and I didn’t witness anything like that of what the other reviews mentioned. I’ll definitely be back!

      Glass window shattered at the drive thru 🏧 I was wondering why no one has not cleaned it up yet? No 💰 at the drive thru 🏧? I went to the 🏧 in front of the bank only wanted one transaction the ATM charged me for two transactions,8.00 instead of 4.00 why? The first time the screen pushed the money I wanted for me? Weird,darn hackers. God bless 💟

      We went to our bank (Bank of America) to see a notary at no cost however we were told we must make an appointment. We then drove to your branch on 3900 block E Bell Rd ,& you helped us without an appointment and you were so friendly & cheerful. Loved this place & were going to move all our money your way an appointment. We we're impressed!!!
