  We just recently refinanced our home with Mark. WOW! The process was the easiest I have ever experienced buying or refinancing a home. Mark and his assistant, Victoria are so efficient. As quickly as I provided all the necessary paperwork, Mark & Victoria made sure it was complete prior to sending it to underwriting. No back and forth from the underwriting - done!   Mark has done it again. We have closed multiple deals this month and all had challenges that Mark and his team worked through without delay. Every transaction we have had has closed early or on time. The last challenged involved an FHA loan on a Condo that was not approved by FHA. Mark's team worked through this with FHA and resolved all issues to close right on schedule. Great Job Mark and Staff!
