  Working with TeamJacob was smooth and easy. Jacob made me feel comfortable and confident from our very first conversation. He is knowledgeable and supportive, guiding on the best timing for everything, advising as hurdles arose, keeping an eye on the details and uncovering items that could have created issue if not found until closing. Navigating buying a home from out of state, has its obstacles, Jacob kept things moving and I felt he 'had my back.' I would highly recommend working with him.

  These guys are great especially Shea Armstrong. I was desperate after rocket mortgage decide 2 weeks before closing they were not going to go through with approving me for the loan based off student loans. Shea was recommended to me through a representative from farmers insurance and Shea was all in since day one. He made the process inviting and easy and it felt like family they way AmeriDream and Shea took care of my wife and I. For anyone out there who is looking to purchase a home this is the company to do it with.

  Jesse and his team are the absolute best. They take the time to ensure you understand the process, your best options and work through the entire process with you. Jesse made himself available for the multiple offers and offer letters to ensure we were able to secure/purchase our home. We will use them again in about 5 years when it is time to purchase our next home.

  I worked with Clark Cornwell and as a first time home buyer who knew little of the process, he was fantastic. I had spoken to another lender who took advantage of my lack of understanding of the process and Clark worked with me to get a better deal that made my home buying process much easier. The transparency and customer service that he provides are invaluable. Highly recommended for first time owners. There is a lot more to it than you know but Clark will walk you through and explain every single step. Amazing company.

  Clark and his team has been nothing short of amazing!!!!! This was my first time buying a house and I had thousands of questions. This team was always available to me and extremely knowledgeable to answer all my home buying questions. Clark did everything in his power to ensure I had the lowest interest rate available that I qualified for and him and his teams customer service was impeccable. AmeriDream provided all of its services to me across states as I was moving from California to Texas and was not yet living in Texas. So no matter how far you are located, they will take great care of you. I could’ve went with any lender (I had several fighting for my business) and I chose AmeriDream. When searching for a lender, do yourself a favor and give AmeriDream a call. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

  We were referred to AmeriDream from a realtor. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Jacob was the representative who provided our service. Jacob is excellent in his communication in a variety of ways: he is prompt in responding, he provided all details to allow us to make informed decisions along the way, Jacob spent time to make sure we had all the facts and explained everything thoroughly.   We met Jacob at an open house and talked through some things, but we weren't quite ready to buy yet. When we were ready, we remembered Jacob from our first interaction and reached out, and boy are we glad we did! Ameridream was awesome from start to finish, and Jacob went above and beyond to take care of us! I'm glad we chose this team, and I think this family will look at Jacob as an honorary family member for years to come!
