  Patrick and the team of folks he works with put us in a better financial position on our home. This was our second time refinancing with Patrick, and both times he has exceeded our expectations.   I was looking for loan officer and my sister recommended American. I got the chance to work with the incredible Julie O., and assistant Tinko. Working with them was honestly such a pleasure. We were in the middle of having a baby and ended up in the NICU for 2 weeks while all the lending paperwork was just coming together. The team was super empathetic and made things easy for us at a time where easy was exactly what we needed. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness, prompt attention to us and for working so hard! Had I been working with anyone else I would have stopped the loan process because of the stress. Because there wasn't stress and we felt cared for, we got to continue. We were approved for a loan, and now with a newborn baby, are planning some fun renovations for our home, along with a new roof! Thank you so much team for a great experience!
