  Krystal and her coworker MacKenzie provided me with the best refinancing experience I have ever had. There was never a hint of sales pressure only clear verified professional replies to my solicited informational inquiries. Further, many options and alternative iterations were eagerly provided, with back up documentation, to allow me to truly customize my loan. On top of it all they both provided extremely pleasant and personal as well as promt and highly professionally exacting service.

  Salt City Home Loans is awesome. I worked with Kristal and she provided incredible and fast service. We did a cash-out refinance on our home and got a way lower rate than we did even a few years ago when we purchased. In all, the process took less than two weeks from application to close. I would recommend Kristal and Salt City Home Loans to my nearest friends and family.

  Alice Giuffreda and Mackenzie Wheeler were an amazing team to work with and were able to get me into my first home despite this insane market. From the start of the the process I was already more confident than I had been speaking with other lenders. SCHL had different options that were able to be tailored to get me the best loan and their processes and information were clear and easy to follow. Alice and MacKenzie went above and beyond to communicate throughout the different stages and I was never made to feel as an inconvenience for asking questions (often the same ones multiple times, lol, hey it’s stressful). Alice and MacKenzie kept my ball rolling all the way through the end and I am so thankful to have found such a great lending team. I truly believe that their persistence and ability to communicate effectively were the keys to closing on my first home. Thank you guys!!!

  Kayelle Brown was amazing! She was responsive to my calls and questions and quickly organized and completed my VA Refi. I recommended a friend to her and she quickly helped them...my friend had been dragged along by another company for weeks without results. I will gladly recommend Salt City Home Loans to others as I know they will be taken care of quickly and properly!

  I just finished refinancing with Salt City Home loans and I am so incredibly happy with my experience! Kristal and her team were very quick to answer any questions I had and were great at explaining everything. I had been debating refinancing to a 15 year loan for awhile and I know that Kristal helped me find the best deal possible. The process was so fast and easy! I highly recommend Kristal and her team!!

  Jason was so great to work with! He was very patient and not pushy at all. I talked with several other lenders for our refinance, and we went with him because of his personality and getting us the best deal! He answered all of my questions and was really helpful throughout the processes. I really appreciated that he went at our pace and didn’t make me feel rushed. Closing on the loan was great and the disclosures matched everything he told me over the phone.

  We had a very positive experience using Salt City Home Loans to refinance our home! I learned of them by way of Lending Tree. I was contacted by many lenders. Jason was willing to match and beat all of the estimates I received which was so great, and when all was said and done, he came through with just what he promised. The process went extremely smoothly, quickly, and easily. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
