  This is my second mortgage with Primary Residential Mortgage. I chose to go with them again mainly because how smooth Kaley Giessing makes the process. She is very thorough and upfront about everything. I highly recommend working with Primary Residential and Kaley, the mortgage process is low stress and seamless.

  Rylan always made time for us, even on off days and times. He was also great at explaining things we didn't understand. He bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

  To say my experience was 5 stars would be an understatement!! If I could give this woman 10 starts I would! She was so patient with me and walked me threw every step of this loan process! From my hundreds of phone calls to my thousands of questions, She was very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and it shows threw and threw!!   First of all, I loved that he was so easy to get a hold of, even via texting. Second, the numbers that he quoted me before we went through the whole process did not waiver much. I was worried about those surprise charges that some people, fail to mention. That did not happen with Steve. He was always willing to clarify and respond to my many questions. The process was almost too easy! I felt he was honest and forthcoming and I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and family. (Which is how I found him in the first place, as he was recommended many times through a Facebook group in our local city.)
