  Normally a great bank, but recently, it’s become impossible to work with a teller, as they unfortunately they need an appointment now. Funny thing is, nobody will answer the phone, ever, so I can’t contact anybody to make an appointment, nor leave a voicemail to have them contact me. The hours are different from what they were pre-COVID as well, and they only have a sign on the front stating the change, but haven’t updated them online.

  I go across town to bank at this branch! Erika, the teller, is especially joyful and has been of great assistance to me and my banking needs. Great service, friendly tellers and its a pleasure to the bank at this location. I will continue to bank at this branch, great for personal and business and investment accounts.   After I moved here from Texas is was left bank-less after leaving my local credit union. This bank is literally right across the street from my apartment so I decided to walk over and give them a shot. The people helping me were awesome and the multiple times I've been back in the past 11 months they've been great and helpful whether it be for depositing money or printing papers. They also have several outdoor atms which are convenient at any time of the day.

  I was helped by a new business banker named Dana yesterday at this branch. She seemed competent and was very helpful. Try going to her if you need help.

  Walked in at 3:10 to open an account, knowing they close at 4:00pm and was turned away. The person that does that is at lunch...????? Terrible

  Very slow. Friday at 9am theyll only have 2 tellers. Expect to wait 20 mins plus

  There was a fire in the Park area, dec 7th, the children from the childcare nearbyhad to being evacuated and the bank closed their doors on the kids, who does that?

  Drive through atm x 2 as well as an outdoor atm at the front door, staff are friendly and helpful.
