  Every time I come into the Baker Location I notice that Vinny is almost always there. He’s quick, sufficient, and he’s always helping out the other staff and customers. It’s the people like him that make me feel comfortable coming into the store and temporary leaving my valuable items; because I know it’s the staff and employees like Vinny whose going to ensure the safety of my items and ensure an accurate and fair evaluation of the worth and value of my personal items!!! When you go to AP look for Vinny guys!!

  They try to give you the lowest price on things. For example a new 75in would be 10$. A lot of these reviews are from friends. They don’t wear masks, one of them was coughing and one has herpes. They don’t like to do no type of work they want the customer to do everything. Never seen a whole crew of horrible workers with horrible customer service. Need new staff all around very unprofessional. Wish you can give 0 stars. The Caucasian man is the only one with sense.

  Feb Ruary, If you are going to post reviews, you should at least be honest. 1. You did not bring in a 75 in TV as implied. You brought in a wall mount for a TV. You asked for $50. We found the exact item new on Amazon for $41 with free shipping. So, no....we cannot pay you more for your used item than it cost new delivered to our door. 2. Our reviews, good or bad, are completely organic and not from our "friends" as you said. How would you know if they were our friends? You don't know us personally to know if those people are our friends. 3. Our employees nor our customers are not forced to wear masks. You are complaining that the employees were not wearing a mask.....neither were you!!! That is a personal choice that as free Americans we allow all to make. **Please note that this complaint was made while there is no mask mandate in force. 4. You complained that an employee coughed. We are all human and coughing is a natural human act. Employees do not come to work sick & we work hard to keep our environment sanitized and safe. 5. To say that an employee has herpes is just a sad and ugly untrue attack on your part. That is simply you being nasty. It does nothing to help other consumers make a decision about where they should shop and really paints you a poor light. 6. I'm not sure what more the employees could do to help you. You brought in an item with a used value of $15-$20. They did the research and they were polite and professional. It is very sad that you would post a poor review with such ugliness and untruths. You are misleading people and that is a shame.

  Worst pawnshop in the city.! They lowball U on everything completely! And Never give u a fair price! Or chance, There managers have really bad Attitudes! Especially the big blackk guy.always a problem

  Derrick, I am sorry that you were unhappy with your experience in our store. We were unable to come to an agreement on a price for your TV for 2 reasons. First, you were asking almost what it sells for new. The very premise of a pawn shop is that we loan on your collateral based on the ACTUAL price for which we can sell the item. No one, including you would purchase a used TV from us for more than they could buy the same item new at Walmart. Second, the legs on the TV were broken. Unfortunately, we cannot loan on TVs that have broken legs or which the legs are not screwed on properly as we cannot store them safely nor can we sell them when you don't pay back the loan. Our store Assistant Manager offered to help you fix the legs if you would simply bring in the screws, but you refused. We really tried to accommodate you in every way, but you said no. Sadly, although I know that you have a certain attachment to your belongings, we simply cannot loan based on your feelings about the item. We can only loan on the actual sales value of the item. We certainly wish you the best in the future.

  Absolute best service in the business. Always giving good prices on my stuff. I don’t know what Dave Simpson is talking about it’s always clean, nice things for sale on shelf, and super fast and professional. If you are looking for a good deal that’s the spot to get one. Usually you walk into other shops and it like they don’t care if you there or not. They always make me feel like an ol friend.
