  Victoria and her team are so amazing!! There are hardly any words to express the gratitude that my husband and I have for AP Mortgage and Victoria. Buying is a stressful waiting game, but with the constant communication and rapid responses we received it made it a lot easier. I would not recommend anyone OTHER than Victoria for their buying needs. To top it all off, we got to share our signing moment with Victoria because she wanted to be with us. How special is that?   Our experience with American Pacific mortgage was absolutely great ..... we dealt with Steve Gibbs ! Definitely felt like he would have moved heave and earth to help in any way possible ... in this difficult time we’re in with covid..... we had to deal with alote of Paper work over email and signing on my phone and dealing with dead lines ! Steve went above and beyond to help in anyway possible ...:: extremely Patience dealing with us as we figured out everything ... we got a rate that was better then I thought we were going to get and everything went smooth from start to finish !   Dean Merica was our loan officer at Skyline and he was amazing to work with. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and patient with us. We were first time home buyers and had many questions. We were working without a realtor and ended up purchasing a FSBO home so this was something totally new and at times confusing for us but Dean helped us through it. He went above and beyond with us throughout the entire process even sending us listings of new homes on the market. He worked hard to get us into our own home and I would definitely recommend him!
