  This place is awful. I had my account closed for no reason and the branch manager told me to take them to court . I went in the bank yesterday to get my kid some money so he could eat. I was told I had no money and they closed the account. I also needed money to get a bus ride home. Since I had no money I collapsed outside and had to wait for help to arrive. Oh yah they gave us warm water to help us. I did mention a medical condition so I think they tried to murder me

  Have never encountered a kind receptionist at this credit union. Have been hung up on by them multiple times and greeted with awful customer service. Really disappointed in my experience despite my reoccurring appearance.

  Don't bank here and dont get the overdraft protection it's a joke and definitely don't try to get a loan if you have no credit. So I went to get a loan for a truck which was a great deal and I had 5500 going down. The loan agent told me to find something cheaper that's not as reliable as the one I found. And I have been banking with them when the bought out Clearwater credit union which Clearwater was the best but sense they switch to lccu you I have not been happy. I had the overdraft protection on my account and it was supposed to pull from my savings first it was pull for the overdraft loan insted and then they told me it would hurt my credit but because of that running high it has hurt my credit. They also never answer their phones I'm always on hold for more then 30mins so please don't bank here it's a joke.

  LCCU is the best! The staff are all amazing and friendly. We never have any issues. If you are looking to get a loan Michelle Hansen is the gal to see. Seriously she's amazing! Not only do they have amazing customer service but what they do for this valley is incredible. Thank you, LCCU for always being there.

  I have never had a bad experience here. I've seen how they take exceptional service with other Members besides myself. They offer every service I could ever need. Very happy with MY Credit Union

  I live across the street from the new location on Bryden Canyon. A couple of days ago, an employee threatened to have my car towed because I had parked there for 2 days while the city is working on cutting down a tree in my yard. I explained that, as she could see, they were actively cutting down the tree and it was very temporary. She threatened me again, regardless of the fact that the branch is not yet open to customers and the lot was empty. We have tried to speak with someone at the branch; no one opened the door. I tried to call, no one answered the phone. I even emailed LCCU directly and have not received a response. After 10 months of loud, obnoxious construction and continuously being blocked in my driveway, I would expect a little more understanding from a community credit union. Will not be patronizing.

  Walked in to open an account and was asked to leave because I can’t wear a mask. My wife will be closing her account soon. We recommend P1FCU. They’re very friendly and accommodating.

  I've banked here for a long while without incident, however, I rarely interacted just mostly used the drive-thru window. I took my son in to open his first bank account, was given the run around for various documents and it took nearly 3 hours to finally get it complete and at the end of the day he was told he would have to wait 7-10 days to access his money from the check he deposited. Called to get an update to see if it cleared and the bank ended up putting it on a 14 day hold with no explanation. Ladies that were helping us that day weren't helpful or personable and we left very disgruntled and dissatisfied with the service. We will be closing our accounts and changing credit unions.

  LCCU has helped me several times with different loans. Every single time they are kind and quick. They make the entire process pleasant.

  OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE This Credit Union really goes out of their way and "the extra mile" to help people. One of the loan officers went out of her way to help me obtain my loan and get the best possible rate. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend becoming a member. I looked into joining two other local Credit Unions (P1FCU and Freedom Northwest Credit Union) to obtain a loan and they were not helpful at all. LCCU not only accommodated my loan request but consolidated another bill to make a very workable payment. Excellent in every way. They have another loyal customer.
