  Sandy has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us get into our original loan and since two refinances getting me an amazing rate. Her and her team are truly wonderful. I tend to have very high anxiety with these kinds of things and she/they are always so patient and helpful with my tons of questions. I will and do definitely recommend using American Pacific Mortgage for home buying and refinance needs.

  Everyone needs a Cindie! She helped us refi last fall so we could finish our home renovations. She then reached out this spring asking if we we're still planning on sales because she had remember us mentioning that during the refi process. Cindie communicates very well and efficiently. And I loved that it felt like she was invested in our home purchasing as much as we were. She would always checked in with me while we were house shopping. Then when it came to closing on our new home she was with us every step of the way. She made it very easy for us to get documentation to her and she didn't seem to mind mine and my husbands 100s of questions. Thanks Cindie for being fantastic to work with.

  The buyer of my Mom's home used this company. We dealt with Jennifer T in this office. Terrible communication & customer service. We couldn't get in contact with her by phone then when we contacted by email we couldn't get straight answers. The numbers were all over place which seemed shady to me. The numbers should be straight forward. Several weeks after the loan finally closed Jennifer contacted me stating my Mom owed the new owner another $3000. I had the numbers straight & my Mom did not owe the money. After several frustrating emails back & forth I contacted the new owner. The new owner agreed with my numbers so if there is a mistake it is on Jennifer's end. In every email I gave the same solid numbers. In her emails the numbers changed like she was pulling them out if thin air. The loan has closed the numbers should be consistent now. Just warning the public you may be very frustrated dealing with this particular office.
