  I highly recommend Jesse Clark at Direct Mortgage. He gave us the best rate up front without having to play any games. He was willing to go the extra mile for us and went out of his way to make sure he met the deadlines we had. He saved us a considerable amount of money with a low interest rate and low loan costs. He was prompt, professional and honorable in his dealings with us. He is my go to loan guy now and the first name I will give a friend who is looking for a great mortgage broker.

  Ashley Pacheco with Direct Mortgage is seriously EXCEPTIONAL. She was so easy to get a hold of, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and is an absolutely amazing human being. I felt so lucky to have had the chance to work with her and her team (special shoutout to Victoria as well). AND DID I MENTION THAT WE WERE ABLE TO CLOSE IN ABOUT 15 DAYS FROM THE TIME MY OFFER WAS ACCEPTED? I was seriously amazed. I would highly highly highly highly recommend Direct Mortgage, and Ashley and her team in particular.

  Got a loan working with Wade Albers, he was great to work with and was able to get our loan with a great rate before our deadline which was incredible. He answered all of our many questions right away and was always friendly and professional. He communicated well thru out the process and was always available, we highly recommend him.

  Had a great experience with Direct Mortgage and will recommend to anyone in the future. They were very professional and we felt like our loan officer Scott had our best interest. We did due diligence to shop around and Scott was able to provide a competitive rate, with competitive closing costs, & even closed us in only 3 weeks!

  I’ve used Jesse Clark for several transactions and about a million questions. Super responsive , knowledgeable and punctual. I got good rates and after a refinance my payment came out considerably lower than we initially thought it would be. I’d highly recommend direct mortgage and specifically Jesse Clark. I plan on using them for all my future mortgage needs and will refer all my friends and family.

  I had an incredible experience with Direct Mortgage Corp. Natalia dropped what she was doing on a SUNDAY afternoon to help get me a pre-qualification letter, ten minutes before the seller of my dream home was meeting with their agent to decide on an offer, and they chose mine! It could not have been possible had she not gone above and beyond! So thankful for her and her incredibly professional and thorough team for putting everything together in a surprisingly painless way. Thank you!

  I cant complain about the outcome of the services we received, as we ended up getting our loan and were able to buy our house, but we had a very rocky road along the way. Brandon Tripp put a lot of time in to trying to earn our business as we were comparing rates from a number of different companies for a number of months while our home was being built. He sure did a great job at getting us good rates, and for that I cant complain, as the dollar amounts were surely the best we could find when it came to interest rate and closing costs, but outside of the numbers, my wife and I had a terrible experience. After we got to the point that we locked in our rate, it was almost as if Brandon felt his job was done. Communication was terrible and we weren't able to get answers about hardly any of our questions, nor did we get any respect out of the urgencies that we felt throughout the final weeks. We were never told a thing. I always had do reach out to Brandon a number of times before we got an answer to a question we had. We were also told when we neared the end of our home building process on a Wednesday that our funds could be ready by that Friday, and we didn't end up closing until the following Friday. This wasn't Brandon's fault, as he brokered us through Quicken Loans, but he did a very bad job at setting proper expectations and we were very, very upset. We did end up getting in to our home, and everything was great. Here we are 6 weeks later, and I get a call from our Home Insurance saying our policy has been cancelled because quicken never paid it, and come to find out, Brandon never set that up as part of our escrow, but he did set up our policy to be paid by escrow, so we weren't even receiving payment notices since they thought our escrow would be paying it, not us. Overall a terrible experience. If you only care about the numbers, great. Go with Direct Mortgage. If you care about the service you receive in any way, go somewhere else for your mortgage needs.
