  From the beginning Mile Walter had been professional and explained throughly. He was always available to answer my questions and responded in timely manner as he promised. The whole experience was satisfactory. The only negative experience was that the loan took much longer than they originally told me. But understandable as refi and loans are in high demand. But he delivered as expected and promised. I would recommend highly.

  Mike helped me refinance at almost half the rate I was at, and it was a smooth and easy experience! My only criticism is that I didn't get regular status updates, but whenever I reached out they were great at responding quickly.

  When rates dropped this year, I had tried going through a high profile national lender and was in an approved "pending underwriting" status for over three months! A friend recommended American Mortgage and I was able to do EVERYTHING from start to finish in less than a month even though we are still navigating pandemic circumstances. Not only am I still in awe that the process was so quick, I cannot be happier about the process, customer service and opportunity. I highly recommend!

  Best refi/purchase I've ever had. From my first conversation with my loan originator Mike Jacobs to the day the refi was completed and the money in my account was SEVENTEEN DAYS! And that's without me having to leave the house. From beginning to end, Mike was attentive, responsive, friendly, and kept me up-to-date at every turn. I would (and WILL) absolutely use American Mortgage again!

  I received a letter in the mail from this company claiming a great rate. The rate was so good I shrugged it off as spam for two weeks. That letter sat on the counter and finally I thought, at the risk of getting on some spam call list, what do I have to lose? I’m so glad I called. Tim was assigned to my application and seamlessly guided me through the quick process. From start to finish it was a few weeks, tops. They are knowledgeable and extremely fast. My loan funded and I dropped 1.5% off my old rate. Amazing! Highly recommend!!

  We replied to the spam letter sent through the mail. We were told that it would be no problem to get our loan through within about 3 weeks. We went through the entire process including writing a ridiculous letter basically asking for forgiveness for utilizing the forbearance process offered by our current mortgage company. We have stellar credit, make plenty of money, and our property value is approximately 300K more than what we owe on the loan. We took advantage of the forbearance offered by our current mortgage holder at the beginning of COVID. After the term of the forbearance was completed, we resumed making our loan payments and have been current ever since. We began this process at the end of September. This company does not communicate with its clients and blames the lack of movement on the loan on the "underwriter". We had to continually ask for updates on our loan process with the answer continually being "we need to wait for the underwriter". Or "we discussed your "case" in our weekly meeting" and the underwriter still hasn't gotten back to us. Poor communication. Little to no information on the process. 3 weeks turned into almost 3 months. Today, after calling again to tell Dominic that we were going in a different direction, we were told that the mysterious underwriter was not comfortable with our application. Which, is really no problem...but, we've been kept on the hook for at least a month longer than necessary. We will easily find a refinance loan elsewhere. We were looking forward to a successful transaction with this company based on the information given to us by Domenic. It's unfortunate, but if you value upfront communication, avoid his company.

  Had a great experience working with American Mortgage. It was great working with someone local and they were able to get me a great rate for mi refi. Was able to pay off some higher interest loans and still lower my payment.

  Pretty much run by scammers. I asked to get an estimate on my refinance rate. I provided all details to one of the “loan officers”. After a massive waste of time, them pulling my credit, they still beat around the bush. They would tell me a bunch of complicated financials over a call without sending me any documents for a visual reference. And they said they don’t email offers or estimates because “they like to do business with a personal touch”. So they would fedex over night me the offer documents only if I give them a credit card number. Stay away from them. Anyone who doesn’t give you even an email document explaining clearly what rates your getting, the closing costs, the APR, etc is trying to pull a quick one on you. They are hoping to get you committed to them without giving you anything concrete to look at. What kind of mortgage lender charges potential customers credit card to send them a rate estimate that is always part of any basic processes of any refinancing conversation? I wouldn’t even give them your info if you can help it. I’m wondering what kind of unethical thing they will do with my personal data at this point and will be keeping a close eye. Informed my lawyer as a precursor move as well.

  American Mortgage has been very helpful in our recent re finance of our home. They were respectful and always had the right answers to our questions.   This is the 2nd loan I've arranged through American Mortgage in Bellevue WA and both times were good experiences with excellent assistance from their staff. Domenic was always responsive to my questions and concerns; the only hold up was in waiting on my local title company, which was totally beyond Domenic's control. I'm very pleased with the results and highly recommend American Mortgage, Inc.
