  What a great experience!!! Buying your first house is very exciting but also can be very stressful at the same time. Joe made it super easy with his chill laid back “can do attitude”. He answered any questions my wife or myself had and went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we desired about each property we seen. He never made us felt rushed, pressured, etc it was honestly like house shopping with a close friend. The house we decided on had about 10 windows that were failing. I had no idea what to look for, Joe pointed it out to me while we were doing the inspection on the house, by the time we had left the inspection Joe had reached out to the sellers and got the info to have all the windows replaced because they still were under warranty from the original owners Wow!!!!! I got a great deal!! I’m so happy our friend introduced us to Joe and honestly don’t think you could find a more honest Realtor and Stand up guy.

  Joe represented my family and I on the purchase and sell of our houses.
