  Duncan is great to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. He is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. I appreciated how responsive he was in all of his communications. With any question that we had, he patiently and thoroughly explained the answer to us. What separates Duncan apart from others is that he truly enjoys helping people, especially first-time home buyers, purchase the home that they want. I don't usually post reviews online but I had to make an exception for Duncan because he's just that good at what he does.

At every step along the journey, I received friendly check-ins, helpful advice, and multiple options (with detailed explanations) at each decision point. I can't recommend Caleb and the 1st Security Bank team highly enough.   We were so happy to work with Rob Macauley! He and Randee Gawley worked very diligently through the whole loan process to ensure we had all the proper documents. They were always available, answered any questions we had and kept everyone involved. We were so organized that we actually got to close earlier then expected. They were even so thoughtful to send us a stamp with our new home address on it. They made the process feel easy and I would recommended them to anyone!
