Had it not been for Covid's impact on the title company I would have closed in 3 weeks and that included a mobile notary. Jeff's attentiveness and leadership is unequaled.   Jeff Beck was an absolute professional! He made the ReFi process smooth and seamless and was up front about any and all possibilities and did his best to ensure we received the best option based on the current market, home value, and other factors. Quite honestly, I would never work with another “big” bank or lender again for anything related to my home and financing - Jeff and his team give you personal service and attention and you don’t feel like just a “number” as you may with the larger institutions.   I bought my first home in October and Carl was so helpful every step of the way. He answered every question I had and went out of his way to make sure I was prepared for closing.   American home loan USA made it so easy and quick to refinance that I actually have refinance three times with them and when I sell my house in the next few months I will refinance again with American Home Lending Usa Llc . I had a minimum of 20 calls from financial companies. And not one could beat American home loan USA low finance rates with low interest rates.I save money each month. There’s always someone to answer questions and help.   Jeff has always been the most knowledgeable loan officer i have ever known, he is always available to help and answer questions and he takes a personal interest in each and every customer he helps.
