  I am so happy we went through American Financing to purchase our home loan. Andrew Tinkle was our loan officer. He was great! Andrew worked hard to make sure our loan went through and that things were taken care of. Angela Kibbe was our realtor and she was FANTASTIC!! I wish there was a better word to describe her because she absolutely nailed it! I am telling you, if you need a SOLID realtor who will fight for you, Angela is the realtor you want. She always responded to my text/calls within minutes. I never had to wait to get a response. Angela and American Financing are actually our 3rd attempt at buying a home and the 3rd lender/agent we have worked with. We thought that it just wasn’t ever going to happen for us. We made 9 offers with 2 previous agents, and with Angela, we only had to make 1! Angela is the real deal. She is as good as a realtor can possibly be! I am confident that without her, we would still be looking around hoping to get a home. Call Angela with American Financing. She will fight to make sure you get the home you want!

  My Realtor Blake was fantastic he made it a great experience. Usually you think of home buying as a dreaded thing but it was quite enjoyable, Thanks Blake! I was using another real estate agent before American and i was with them for three months they found me absolutly nothing. I signed with Blake at American he found me a house the next day! I recommend American Home Agents and Blake to everyone!

  Jamie Bernal was amazing. I would highly recommend as a realtor. She was great in walking through the details in any home we were looking at. When it came time to an inspection she recommended an inspector who I was also very pleased with. The home I purchased was great. I will always recommend to friends and family for years to come.   We had a great experience with Larisa Stur! She was on top of it and was there to answer any and all questions we had (even if it was out of her area) she went above and beyond to get the answer. She kept in mind the things we wanted/needed in a home, made the process an easy and smooth one, and you could tell she cares for her cilents and wants whats best for them thats for sure! I would highly reccomend her, especially of youre a first time home buyer- as she was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and got things done- making it a comfortable, stress free and fun experience!

  Isai Jimenez was an INCREDIBLE realtor! We were a bit nervous and intimidated by the entire home buying process but Isai mapped out the entire process for us step by step. He is enormously knowledgeable about real estate and makes the process easy to understand. Communication was great throughout the entire process as well! Whether it was early in the morning or late at night, Isai kept us updated and kept us involved with everything. Overall, we had a great experience!
