  This was, by far, the easiest process I have ever seen for a refinance. Rick and Kandace were awesome to work with. We never had to leave our house - the initial stuff happened online, and they sent a closer to our house when everything was ready. I would highly recommend American Financing to anyone.

  Jacob Storey was great throughout the entire process. We started by meeting to discuss the very basics of the home buying process. We learned what to expect in terms of timeline, rough estimated cost, what we could afford, etc. all while not feeling pressured to actually work with American Financing or Jacob at all. We had to put a pause on everything, and took a few months off after our initial meeting. When we came back in January, we were able to pick right back up where we left off, and continue moving forward. Jacob was attentive and always available if we had questions regarding anything. Our experience with him and the company was so good that we "bundled" and used one of their Realtors as well. The entire process was really great, and it being our first house purchase, made me wonder what other people had gone through to have such horror stories. We went from initial forms to in our first home in two months. Thank you Jacob for making this such a great experience!!

  One of the best experiences I've ever had with refinancing my house and this is 3rd time . Jeff Timian was the best part . Actually enjoyed talking to him on the phone and every time I called he answered or called right back and gave me his personal cell phone number too which was really helpful . Consolidated our debt and paid off all our credit cards and my mortgage only went up $200. Great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in fact I'm going to.

  We have attempted through many loan companies to purchase our first home with a VA loan. The difference between American Financing is they helped us bring our Fico score up and put a offer down on our dream home within days! These guys are amazing.
