  I was recommended to American Fidelity by someone who purchased a home a few years ago. They had such a strong recommendation based on their experience and I am SO glad I listened! Joe Cuttone and his team were such a pleasure to work with. In the Colorado market, it is extremely competitive and fast closings are an expectation if you want to win the bidding wars and buy a house. Joe's team was able to close on a very tight timeline and went above and beyond to make sure I could close on time. They made the process so easy for me and are truly experts in their field. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and wasn't sure what to expect throughout the process; however, Joe and his team were very helpful and responsive. I truly could not be more pleased with my experience and will be recommending American Fidelity Mortgage to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home or refinance.

  We had a great experience American Fidelity. Their staff is super friendly and take their time to explain the process without making me feel like I am bothering them. They really cared about getting us in our home quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend.

  I worked with Joy Shadden. She was great when it came to answering questions promptly and getting the process completed. I am upset with her oversight concerning the monthly payment on a recent home purchase. She confirmed we’d be locked in at a certain price that would only vary considering the insurance premium. I was surprised to see only a few days prior to closing she had misrepresented the property tax. While it is at fault of the listing agent for providing her the incorrect information one would expect a professional to confirm if the address on a document showing the tax information is the correct one. Especially after being asked multiple times if information I was being provided was correct and if I should expect the monthly payment to go up for any reason. This lack of attention is unacceptable when someone is trying to budget properly. Instead of owning up to her mistake the response I got when confronting her is that this is not her fault and she was reading off what the listing agent provided. As a professional one needs to verify if simple information like an address on tax document is correct so customers do not get misled.
