  They care about their clients and work hard to get the best possible outcome for the client. They know the business in and out and are able to handle any curveballs with ease. For example, I made the mistake of switching jobs one week before closing on a home, this would have resulted in the loan falling through but they were able to get a new loan for our family, at an even better rate, less than one week prior to closing. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy people.
